Term 1 (starts:20th January – ends:15th March)

MTA Junior Squad (Year 7 and 8 Intermediate, approx 10-13 years old)

Tuesday’s 6-7pm Striders Super 7’s, YMCA Park Road – Options to run 7km or 3km for 7 weeks

Thursday’s 5-6pm Memorial Park – Bike/Run session with Shane

Saturday’s 4:30-5:30pm PNBHS Pool – Swim session with Tammy

MTA Tri Youth (Year 9 – University age, approx 13 – 21 years old)
